How does ordering on blumenshop.com work?
Many people who order flowers online for the first time wonder how it all works. We explain it to you in 5 simple steps:
- Browse through our store and choose the most beautiful bouquet for you or your loved ones. Then place it in the shopping cart and add a small gift if you wish.
- In the shopping cart, you have the option of choosing between a free greeting card or video message. If you choose the card, you can now enter your personal message. For the video message, you will receive an email after your order with a link that you can use to record your video.
- Now go to the checkout and enter the delivery address. If you would like to send a bouquet of flowers to someone else, enter their address here.
- In the next step, select your shipping method and enter your desired delivery date. Please note that standard delivery takes 1-2 working days.
- If you are giving yourself a gift, click in the last step that the billing address is the same as the delivery address. Otherwise, you now have the option to enter your billing address. Choose a payment method and complete your order.
Your order will only be passed on to our florists the day before your desired delivery date. They will then bind your bouquet with love and care and pass it on to our shipping partners. And your flower greeting is on its way! By the way, you don't need to worry about freshness. All bouquets are provided with a Freshbag to keep the flowers moist.
