Therefore, we offer you the Blumenshop-freshness-promise to assure you that your flower or plant greeting will reach the recipient in the best quality.
For flowers: 7-days-freshness-promise
In order to offer you the best flowers at the best price, we pay attention to the high quality of our products and therefore offer you a 7-day-freshness-promise. This means that our bouquet will bring you joy for at least 7 days. But, how can we give you this promise?
Quite simply, the flower greeting is lovingly bound with day-fresh flowers on the day before the desired delivery date, securely packed and handed over to our shipping partner. However, it is crucial that our flower greeting care instructions are followed. These are:
- Cut the flowers immediately after delivery.
- Use a clean vase and fill it with our flower food.
- Add fresh, preferably lukewarm, water.
- Change the water every 2 days
- A fresh cut every 2-3 days helps the flowers to better absorb the fresh water.
Our florists will tie your bouquet as it is pictured on the website. Please note that in exceptional cases there may be deviations in the composition of the bouquets. The variations may be affected by seasonal availability or differences in the variety and color of the flowers.
After transportation, the flowers may need to recover and therefore need a little time in the water to unfold and reach their full volume. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your flower greeting, we ask that you contact our customer service.
For plants: 30-days-freshness-promise
Make your living space green! Plants are not only hard-working helpers and clean your air, they are also decorative. In addition, they can increase your creativity, reduce stress and spread a good mood.
Set up an urban jungle with exotic plants, like the ever-popular monstera or a calathea with colorful leaf designs. Animal lovers don't have to miss out on anything either, because in our assortment you'll find a large selection of plants that you can easily place near your favorite.
For plants, we even offer you a 30-day-freshness-promise starting from your desired delivery date. Likewise, our care instructions will be followed here. These are:
- Carefully unpack the plant after receipt and loosen its leaves.
- Supply the new green friend directly with fresh water and water it regularly
- Choose a suitable location
- We recommend regular fertilizing
- Repot your plant if necessary

What do I have to do?
- Generally, we try to find a suitable solution for your concern. Please note, however, that a rectification of the situation is at our discretion.
- Defects in your floral greeting must be brought forward within the freshness-promise.
- Freshness-promises are valid from the selected delivery date.
- Claims can only be made by the client including a photo of the complete bouquet.
We can only give our freshness-promise if the recipient is met in person. In case of delivery to a neighbor, a drop-off location as well as to a post office/packing station, we can no longer promise the integrity of our products.
