When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on the desired day. Delivery is 95% on the day of your choice for standard shipping, otherwise on the next business day. In case of express delivery, delivery on the desired day is guaranteed.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be assembled by our florists the day before the desired delivery date, carefully packed and handed over to our shipping service provider.
How will I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email.
To save paper and to avoid a recipient finding out how much the gift cost, no invoice is included with the delivery.
Is there a freshness guarantee?
We give a 7-days-freshness-promise on all flowers. Each flower delivery includes care instructions and cut flower fertilizer so you can enjoy your flowers for an extra long time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change the delivery address or cancel your order no later than two business days before the desired delivery date. On special occasions, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, changes or cancellations to your order can only be made no later than five business days prior to the requested delivery date.
